DISPENSER

LPG Dispensers that produced with intensive R&D working of 2A Engineering and hydraulic and electronic groups that make up LPG Dispensers are designed with LEGO idea and needs of the customer. Although different LPG Dispensers show some differences in different manufacturers, the main elements of LPG Dispensers are same in all of them. The casing structure of LPG Dispenser can be galvanized painted (DKP), 430 steel or 316 stainless steel. In addition, it must have ATEX2014 / 34 / EU and MID B-SK 18 044 MI-005 MID D SK 19-061 D certificates in accordance with legal LPG regulations.

LPG DISPENSER WORKING PRINCIPLE

LPG from the transfer pump, enters a vapour seperator that under the dispenser. The liquid gas coming out of this seperator, passes through the check valve and reaches the mechanical meter of the dispenser (prima meter). LPG (liquefied gas) passes from the prima meter through the differential pressure valve with a pressure of approximately 10 bar depending on the dispenser type. The task of this differential valve is to keep the LPG in liquid form. The evaporation that may occur at this time is connected to the vapour return line from the vapour collector section on the valve.

LPG that comes in liquid form to the dispenser hose, is filled into the vehicle tank with the filling nozzle. In order to system to work flawlessly, the LPG vapour that coming from the vapour seperator and differential valve is returned to the LPG tank of station through the system return line. There should be no closed valves in this return line up to the tank.

LPG DISPENSER GENERAL FEATURES

• LPG Dispenser meter (Prima Meter) is a device that measures the amount of liquid LPG passing thorugh the LPG Dispenser. LPG Dispenser meter (Prima meter) must have OIML R 117 certificate. It has 4 pistons, % 0,5 measurement accuracy. It works with 14,000 gauss magnets with an improved magnetic system. It has a self-cleaning feature.

• All parts are created on the LEGO idea and can be replaced easily and inexpensively.

• The crank mechanism is forged steel and has a long service life.

• The electronic brain of the 2A LPG dispenser has a 2A patented, 120-280 volt, 50-60 Hz, 72 hours data protection, high voltage resistant transformer.

• The LCD screen can brighten itself.

• Connecting to the automation system; it can be with RS232, LAN or USB methods.
Electronic software can communicate in accordance with Gilbarco and Wayne Dart protocols and it is compatible with automation and cash register systems.

• The box that containing the LPG dispenser filter has an inlet and outlet valve. The filter has 10 micron special filter paper and metal protection.

• LPG Dispensers notice the errors in the system and stop working in case of failure.

• Excessive current of Asco branded solenoid valves, is prevented by fuse / relay / varistor etc. In case of the dispenser does not work, the current draw of the solenoid valve is prevented. If ıt does not notice the LPG flow it stops the working and ıt automatically cut off the flow with sudden increase in flow detecteion system, in cases such as a hose breakage during the filling of vehicle. The slow flow time at the end of the program can be adjusted from the relevant menü on the electronic computer. Working integrated with the prima meter in the LPG dispenser, the Eltomatic branded device called as ‘’Pulsar’’ gives the amount of LPG as liters with the shaft on it and displays the price that corresponding to this liter, on the dispenser screen.

• The features of the LPG dispenser hose are complies with LPG standarts, does not melt or deteriorate in liquid and vapour phases and resistant to the high pressure of LGP. In addition, the LPG dispenser hose must have an electrically conductive cable or tissue. This is very important to prevent static electricity during refuelling. The using of ex-proof certified metal cable glands in the LPG dispenser is an important detail for dispenser safety.

• The ATC (Automatic Temperature Compensation) device in the dispenser calculates the expansion in the LPG unit volume according to the temperature difference that may occur until the LPG reaches the dispenser hose from the station tank. It can measure 0.0001 °C change in temperature with its high-tech microchip. Then it makes volume correction according to the current measured temperature. Thus, it ensures that the customer gets the correct amount of LPG without being affected by the change in the temperature factor. The ATC system must be coupled to the dispenser’s electronic system. Density change should be made with a password. The ATC system must comply with the legislation of the ministry of Science, Industry and Technology. ATC probe, ATC and electronic brain connection must be sealed. No sales should be made while ATC is in the off position.

• It is important to have a safety valve and a discharge valve in the dispenser in case of possible water leakage into the product.

• Centrifugal pump capacity should be used for single-nozzle should be 45-50 liters/minute, for two-nozzle dispensers should be 90-100 liters/minute. At the dispenser hose nozzle; Italian filling type T3, acme type or LPG cylinder filling type nozzle can be used. .

• Dispensaries generally run under 7-10 bar pressure. The prima meter in the LPG dispenser transfers the LPG as a liquid to the vehicle tank in a constant volume. For each revolution of the prima meter shaft in the dispenser, the dispenser’s electronic meter run via the Eltomatic brand ‘’pulser’’ shaft on the shaft. Thus, the amount of the LPG is displayed on the dispenser screen as liters and cost.

Our 2A branded LPG dispensers, which started to be produced in 1998, firstly meet the dispenser needs of world’s lots of gas companies in the market with it’s high quality.
We could find instant solutions to a world wide service network spread across our customer’s demands and complaints.
