Skid systems are systems in which the equipment required for an LPG station to operate is brought together on a single skid and delivered ready installed. Special production is carried out in line with the needs of our customers.
This category covers the 2A LPG Skid System and the LPG storage tank.
The system includes all the equipment required for operation and is ready for immediate use. It can be moved wherever desired as long as the legally required permissions are obtained in the destination country.
Tank capacity can be in the range of 3-100 m³ depending on consumer preference. Production can be carried out in the tank capacity and dimensions demanded. With the special sized 10 m³ tank system there is the possibility to fit two units in one container, which reduces the unit shipping cost for the buyer.
The system can be produced for vehicle filling or for cylinder filling. The dispenser can have one or two nozzles. The operating temperature range of the system is -20 °C / +50 °C.
Production is carried out by experienced engineers and employees.
The tanks are CE certified and produced in accordance with European standards (EN 13445, EN 12493, EN 12542). The dispenser holds ATEX and MID certificates. The centrifugal pump and the ex-proof motor also hold ATEX certificates. Optionally the entire electrical system can be produced with ex-proof features.
In our tanks, sheet thickness, pressure, tightness and welding tests are carried out by an independent third party organisation.
LPG tanks have the status of pressure vessels and are manufactured to withstand a maximum gas pressure of 115 atmospheres as well as external factors. They hold LPG safely.
A storage tank is a vessel made of steel and closed to the atmosphere in which LPG is stored. Those with a total water capacity below 15 m³ are defined as small pressure tanks, and those between 15.1 m³ and 110 m³ as large tanks. According to how they are placed there are above ground, underground and covered tank types.
