Warranty Terms

The warranty coverage, periods, and out-of-warranty conditions for our products are detailed below. To fully benefit from your warranty rights, please read these terms carefully.

Warranty Period

The warranty period of the product is 2 (two) years from the date of commissioning.

For products not commissioned within 30 days, the warranty period begins on the invoice date.

Warranty Coverage

All parts of the product are under warranty, except for the nozzle, filter, coupling, and hose.

Malfunctions Within the Warranty Period

If the product malfunctions within the warranty period, the time spent on repairs is added to the warranty period.

The repair time is a maximum of 20 business days. This period begins upon notification of the malfunction to the manufacturer, seller, or authorized service.

Material, Workmanship, and Assembly Defects

If a malfunction occurs during the warranty period due to production, material, workmanship, or manufacturer assembly defects, the necessary repairs will be carried out under the warranty terms without any charge for labor, replaced parts, or the repair itself.

Authorized Service Intervention

The commissioning, dismantling, fault diagnosis, maintenance, repair, and part replacement of a product under warranty must be carried out only by services authorized by the manufacturer.

If the product is intervened with by anyone other than authorized services, if its design or technical specifications are altered, if unauthorized parts or equipment are used, or if the maintenance and periodic controls specified in the User Manual are not performed, the product shall be out of warranty.

Parts Excluded from Warranty

The nozzle, filter, coupling, and hose are excluded from warranty coverage under normal use and wear.

If it is determined through technical inspection that these parts failed due to production or manufacturing defects, they will be evaluated under warranty.

User Errors and Improper Use

Malfunctions and damages resulting from using the product contrary to the conditions specified in the User Manual, incorrect or faulty installation, intervention by unauthorized persons, usage outside its intended purpose, or any form of user error are out of warranty.

Damages from Electrical and External Factors

Malfunctions and damages caused by the following reasons are out of warranty:

  • Fire
  • Lightning strike or lightning-induced overvoltage
  • Flood, inundation, and other natural disasters
  • Terrorism, sabotage, and similar external factors
  • Exposure to high voltage above the permitted operating voltage
  • Overvoltage originating from the electrical installation or supply line
  • Sudden voltage surges or drops
  • Short circuit
  • Incorrect electrical connection or reverse polarity
  • Electrical problems arising from the grounding system
  • Use of the product outside the specified operating voltage, temperature, pressure, or other technical operating conditions

Periodic Maintenance and Controls

Failure to comply with the maintenance and control periods specified in the LPG Dispenser Periodic Maintenance and Control Chart will result in the product being out of warranty.

Maintenance and periodic control operations must be carried out in accordance with the periods, methods, and instructions specified on page 24 of the User Manual.

LPG Quality

Malfunctions caused by the use of unsuitable, non-standard, dirty, or poor-quality LPG in the product are out of warranty.

It is the user''s responsibility to ensure that the LPG used complies with the quality, purity, and operating conditions specified in the product''s technical specifications.

Foreign Substances in LPG

The following malfunctions that may occur as a result of foreign substances that should not be in the LPG — such as caustic, rust, metal parts, mud, sediment, particles, oil, dirt, and similar materials reaching the product — are out of warranty:

  • Blockage
  • Wear
  • Corrosion
  • Flow rate or measurement errors
  • Valve and mechanical component malfunctions
  • Filter damages
  • Other mechanical or functional malfunctions

Filter Maintenance

Malfunctions resulting from the failure to clean, inspect, or replace filters within the periods specified in the User Manual will not be evaluated under warranty.

Filter inspection must be performed monthly by examining the dispenser inlet-outlet pressure and flow difference, and periodic filter maintenance and necessary filter replacement must be carried out every 6 (six) months.

In facilities with heavy usage conditions, the frequency of filter maintenance may need to be increased.

Use of Unapproved Parts and Equipment

Malfunctions resulting from the use of spare parts, filters, gaskets, consumables, equipment, or accessories that are not approved by the manufacturer or have unsuitable technical specifications are out of warranty.

Warranty Evaluation and Technical Inspection

In evaluations under warranty coverage, the cause of the malfunction is determined as a result of technical inspection and fault analysis. The following points are taken into consideration during the evaluation:

  • The product''s maintenance and service history
  • Periodic maintenance records
  • Condition of the filters and maintenance/replacement history
  • Quality and cleanliness of the LPG used
  • Foreign substances and particles present in the LPG
  • Electrical supply voltage and the condition of the electrical installation
  • Grounding and electrical connections
  • Operating conditions of the product
  • User or unauthorized service interventions on the product
  • Whether the spare parts and equipment used are approved by the manufacturer
If it is determined as a result of the technical inspection that the malfunction originates from a production, material, or workmanship defect, the relevant malfunction will be evaluated under warranty.

Conditions Excluded from Warranty

For malfunctions and damages excluded from warranty coverage; expenses such as fault diagnosis, service, labor, parts, transportation, and similar costs belong to the user.

The final evaluation regarding the warranty coverage is determined as a result of the technical inspection carried out by the manufacturer or an authorized service appointed by the manufacturer.

Important Reminder

To protect your warranty rights; have your product commissioned only through authorized services, have its periodic maintenance performed regularly, use manufacturer-approved spare parts, and prefer high-quality LPG.
